Staff scan the customer's QR code using the mobile app or dashboard scanner. Enter the redemption amount to deduct from the card balance. Full transaction history is tracked.

View all active gift cards, track balances, monitor sales, and manage card statuses (active, inactive, archived) from the dashboard.
