Loyalty Points
Build an automated loyalty program that rewards customers for every visit. Points are earned based on purchase receipts and redeemable at your venue or across a network.
Point Settings
Configure the earning rate (e.g. 1 point per $10 spent), minimum bill threshold, and point reward types for your venue. Customize rules to match your business model.
Earning Points
Customers visit your venue's /venue/your-slug/earn page, upload a photo of their receipt, and enter the bill amount. The receipt is submitted for staff review, and points are awarded after approval.
Approval Workflow
Staff review submitted receipts with uploaded images, verify the claimed amount against the receipt evidence, and approve or reject point claims from the dashboard. Approved points are automatically credited to the customer's account with a reference number for tracking.
Point Type Rewards
Configure automatic rewards for each point type. When customers reach specific point thresholds, they can receive gift cards or other rewards automatically.
Network Points
Optionally participate in a loyalty network where customers can earn and redeem points across multiple participating venues.
